3 hours of positive relaxing music: This calm and peaceful music mix might work well as relaxing music to reflect, as your focus, study or think music, while coding, reading, or doing any kind of mind work. It starts with my new tune “Inner Trust”, followed by a selection of music I created for this relaxdaily YouTube channel so far. The music comes with a view I captured at the wonderful south coast of Australia this February.
Following the pomodoro idea, you hear each tune for about 30 minutes, so your mind can easier focus on the task or question you are working on. I recommend a low volume setup for mind work, but in the end, when you're listening just for your own, that's up to you.
