HDR CAPTURE MADE EASY - AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K Review (GC573)

4K and HDR capable capture cards are finally coming out from all number of different companies! (I have more reviews coming, too!) Today we&#039;re taking a look at the AVerMedia Live Gamer 4K (AVerMedia GC573) - a PCIe x4 Gen 2 capture card capable of recording 4k 60fps, 1080p 240fps, 1440p 144fps, and supports HDR and ultrawide! Bonkers! <br /> This review was slightly delayed due to discovering some issues with AVerMedia&#039;s Nvenc implementation, but I got them to fix it! HUZZAH!<br /> NOTE: Elgato is releasing a free update enabling HDR passthrough and multiple selectable algorithms for SDR tonemapping for their 4K60 Pro. Video on that soon.<br /> NOTE: Elgato 4K60 Pro CAN record 240/144fps in OBS/XSplit, just no the 4K Capture Utility.
