처음으로 우리나라 성인 남자 중에 비만인 사람 비율이 40%를 넘어섰습니다. 특히 40대 남자는 절반이 비만이었는데 저도 좀 뜨끔합니다. 걷질 않아서 그렇다니까 오늘(7일) 점심때는 같이 산책 좀 하시는 게 어떨까요.<br />
