When I'm put in a certain situation in my daily life, my head knows what to do.<br />
I've read your books that mention 'delusive thoughts'.<br />
When I have conflicts with my boss at work, my head knows that I'm wearing 'glasses', hence I'm feeling this way I know when material goods take over me and rule me.<br />
While I know these things, I can't put learnings into practice.<br />
They only remain as knowledge.<br />
You once asked what we'd do if we were holding a hot kettle.<br />
You said it was our choice. I know I should let go.<br />
And yet it's hard to change even the smallest things in life.<br />
I want to know if there are ways to change better.<br />

막상 실생활에서는 특정한 상황이나 그런 일이 닥쳤을 때,<br />
머리로는 잘 알고 있습니다<br />
전도몽상이라든지 직장에서 상사와 말썽이 있었을 때는<br />
<br />
머리로는 내가 그런 안경을 끼고 있어서 그렇게 느끼는구나<br />
그리고 주인이 바뀌었구나, 물건을 내가 주인이라고 생각하는구나<br />
그렇게 하고 있는데,<br />

막상 그런 상황이 되면 실천이 잘 안 되고<br />
그냥 지식으로만 남아 있는데,<br />
<br />
예전에 뜨거운 주전자를 손으로 잡았을 때, 어떻게 하겠느냐? <br />
선택이다, 당연히 놓아야 한다고 알고 있습니다 <br />
그런데 실생활에서 조그마한 사소한 거 하나라도 바꾸기가 참 힘든 거 같습니다 <br />
조금이라도 좀 더 그런 방법이 있는지 알고 싶습니다,<br />

When I'm put in a certain situation in my daily life, my head knows what to do.
