NO.398 조용하고 한적한 마을에 자리 잡고 있는 아담한 전원주택에 다녀왔는데요
이번 전원주택은, 앞으로는 바다를 인접하고 있으며 마을 뒤로는 좌이산이라는 늠름한 동산이, 이 마을을 든든하게 지켜주고 있어서 현장에서의 느낌은 편안하고 평온한 느낌의 마을이었습니다.
그리고 전원주택에 가격까지 1억 6,500만원으로 구매하실 수 있어서 비교적 부담 또한 없었습니다.
주택에 내부 컨디션 또한 꽤 괜찮아서 따로 손보실 것 없이, 입주하셔도 되었습니다.
아쉽게도 주택에서 바다 조망은 하실 수 없었는데요
하지만 전원주택에서 바다까지의 거리가 가까워서 평지길을 여유롭게 걸어서, 4·5분이면 바다와 낚시를 즐길 수 있어서, 좋았습니다.
전원주택마당에 전용주차장과 아담한 텃밭까지 준비되어있었는데요
그리고 이곳은, 농어촌주택 지역에 속하는 곳이라서 주택수 계산에서 제외되어, 더욱 마음에 들었습니다.

I went to a small country house located in a quiet and secluded village.
This country house is adjacent to the sea from the front, and behind the village, a dignified hill called Jwai Mountain protects the village, so the feeling at the site was a comfortable and peaceful village.

The interior condition of the house is also quite good, so you can move in without any damage.
Unfortunately, I couldn't see the sea from the house.
However, the distance from the country house to the sea was close, so it was nice to be able to enjoy the sea and fishing in 4 or 5 minutes by leisurely walking on a flat road.

And, since this place belongs to the rural housing area, it was excluded from the housing count, so I liked it even more.
