Now this one I've had personal experience with. Couple of years ago I had surgery in which I needed a catheter (a tube inserted into your urinary tract to drain your bladder) while under anesthesia. They inserted the catheter wrong cause when it was removed I pee'd blood for a few hours and it felt like lava coming out.

Whatever happened, it cause something in my urinary tract to become inflamed and block pee from coming out. I had to pee so bad but no matter what I did, I couldn't pee.

Three nurses came in to try to manually drain my bladder. This means taking a hard plastic tube and jamming it into your pee hole while you're awake. They'd insert the tube and moved it around but something was blocking it from going into the bladder. I'm screaming in pain each time. The third time I almost passed out from the pain. I wanted to tell them to stop but what choice did I have? My bladder was so full I couldn't move.

Nurse tells me if they can't get a catheter in, they'll take me to the ER to surgically drain my bladder.

Fourth nurse comes in, a big muscular dude. I'm thinking oh sh!t, he's gonna just ramrod that tube inside me. I told them to give me a shot of heroin before Mr Muscles tries. Finally he tells me to take a deep breath as he rams the tube inside and I nearly passout.

A normal bladder holds about 250cc of fluid before you need to go. They drained 1100cc from my bladder. I don't know how much of that was urine and how much was blood.

This list is a hypothetical timeline of what would happen if your body held the pee. In real life a normal healthy person would pee themselves before anything really bad happened. If you couldn't pee, Mr Muscles would just shove a tube in your peehole or you'd go under surgery drain your bladder.
