When Junghan was 10 years old, unfortunately, her mother died early from colon cancer. After his mother died, his father drank alcohol every day, not forgetting the sorrow of losing his mother, and died a year later from sepsis. Junghan was raised by her grandmother when he was 11 years old. His grandmother worked hard to sell fish in Busan and raised Junghan in a difficult family environment.
From the beginning of 2013, his grandmother started to suffer from dementia.. Junghan is also diagnosed with stage 3 malignant brain cancer...Junghan hide brain cancer from her grandmother and took great care of her. Despite his frequent seizures, radiation therapy and brain surgery, he didn't give up on his hopes until her grandmother passed away in 2020. After battling brain cancer, Junghan also left for heaven on February 17, 2022.
While Junghan was alive, we made a small relationship in 2018 at Seoul National University Hospital. Talk about the meaning of life and learn what is truly important in this world. He made unforgettable precious memories to me that I was able to share with you.

2022년 2월 17일 악성 뇌암 말기 투병으로 정한님은 천국으로 소천하셨습니다. 살아생전 수 많은 영상을 통해 진실한 사랑을 실천하며 가는 마지막 날까지, 성경처럼 살았던 아름다운 영혼의 소유자입니다..
정한님은 10살때 어머니께서 대장암으로 돌아가셨고, 어머니를 잃은 슬픔을 주체하지 못하고, 아버지께서 매일 항아리에 술병을 숨겨 드시며 결국 1년 뒤 정한님 11살 때 패혈증으로 불운하게 돌아가셨습니다.그 때부터, 정한님은 채순연 친할머니께서 부산에서 힘들게 생선을 파시며 키우셨습니다.
2010년 초 할머님은 치매가 발병이 되었고, 2013년부터는 증세가 점점 악화되셨습니다. 정한님 역시 20대 중반 이른 나이 뮤지컬 오디션 레슨을 받으러 서울로 올라가는 고속버스 터미널에서 갑자기 발작을 일으키며 쓰러져 3~4년 내에, 50프로 이상이 사망하는 뇌종양 3기 악성 뇌암 말기 시한부 판정을 받게 되었습니다.
정한님은 2017년 KBS 인간극장에 나와 알려진 후 동행, 제보자, 아이콘택트, MBN 소나무 등 다양한 방송 채널을 통해서 그의 감동 사연이 소개가 되었습니다. 그리고 삶이 다하는 그 날 까지, 할머니와의 소중한 추억을 남기고 싶어서 유튜브를 통해 잔잔한 감동과 사랑을 수 많은 시청자분들에게 전했습니다.
어려운 환경속에서도 행복하든 행복하지 않든 늘 감사하며 살기 위해 몸부림치며 주위 어려운 독거노인 분들에게도 먹을 것과 생활 필수품들을 나누며 살았던 아름다운 청년입니다. '지금 이 순간' 노래처럼 간절히 매 삶 기도하며 오늘이 마지막인 것처럼 최선을 다해 살았습니다. 세상의 빛과 소금이 되어 희망 전도사로 기적을 꿈꾸며 전하고 살았던 고결한 영혼의 소유자였습니다.
