형법상의 음화반포, 음화제조 및 '정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률(정통법)' 내 음란한 정보 관련 법률 조항을 아우르는 개념인데... 정통법 제44조의7을 위반하여 형이 선고될 경우 전과기록 중 범죄경력자료에 '음란물 유포'라고 나와유 근데 이게 어케하다보면 벌금형이나 그런게 떨어질텐데 일반적으로 벌금형에 처해지는데 작게는 30~50만 원에서 많게는 수백만 원이 이릅니다.
