Back to Ganaraska in the flatlands of Ontario for this dirt bike holiday, and a summer storm has taken care of the dust woohoo. It might be flat but the twisty trails are fun and there is the odd small hill climb. Here comes one now. And there it goes. As I said, they are pretty small.
This is another random vid, meaning I can't think of a theme so I lump a pile of random thoughts together and see what happens. Why do people keep asking me which bike would suit them best? I've already done three videos explaining in great detail why I can't make personal recommendations, and instead have posted general bike selection guides. And even these are extremely dodgy. This brain size guide didn't go down to well so maybe try this one, which is based loosely on the hypothesis that girls find dirt riders attractive - which of course they don't. We smell, we leave mud at the bottom of the washing machine, and tend to shout irrelevant stuff at the key moments during sex, like "roost me baby".
And of course it's not just guys who ride dirt bikes so the new dirt bike buying guide is very sexist, patriarchal, misogynist, and other big words I don't understand. But every time I put in pics like this viewers email me long emails full of abuse and big words which personally I find very sesquipidelean.
sesquipedalian?s?skw?p?'de?l??n/
polysyllabic, characterized by long words; long-winded
Anyway I think it's awesome to see girls on dirt bikes, and for some reason they all came to Ganaraska with us in this dirt bike vlog.
Also a big thanks to Trail Tours who helped us to set up the coaching sessions for this dirt bike vlog. Funny thing is these guys actually know how to coach, so really I should have just shut up and let them talk instead. And judging by their logo, they know how to do stoppies in piles of leaves. Cool.

Oh and there guys there as well. What else? I got to ride again with Larry Murray, the fastest sixty six year old I have met so far. The rest of the video is me trying to haul my sorry arse around fast enough to stay with Larry. Many of you will know he was one of the stars in Fifty Years of Kicks, one of my favourite dirt riding documentaries. Get into it if you have a spare 19 minutes, and it come to you from Traction eRag, the same dodgy bastards who have been selling the Klagnut compression shorts for dirt riders.
What else? By the time you watch this there will probably be 100,000 subcribers on the Youtube channel. Apparently Youtube will send me a wooden plaque with Cross Training Enduro on it. Woohoo. A few bags of high denomination dollar bills would be nice but whatever.
It seems Youtube is on the decrease as Facebook becomes a more popular platform for videos. I'll keep posting all the videos on both so just pick whichever suits you best.
That's about it. Remember if you are a real sucker for punishment, then become a supporter. For around the cost of a coffee each month, you get a special supporters only video every week. These are even worse than our usual vids so if you are a masochist, or would like to become one, then google Cross Training Enduro Skills for our website, or just watch this vid and click on the link you'll find in it at the end. Stay rubber side down guys, unless you are doing backflips.... intentionally.
