Deep tissue massage on the back and neck, coupled with pain therapeutic techniques like cupping and Gua Sha, to relieve pain and remove knots.<br />
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of therapy in which a local suction is created on the skin.<br />
Gua Sha is often used in traditional Chinese medicine. Gua Sha means the repeated scraping on oiled skin with a rounded edge. Usually, a Chinese porcelain soup spoon, a worn coin, rounded animal horns or Jade is used. The rounded edge is pressed onto the oiled skin and moved along the muscles or the meridians. This process causes increased blood flow (Sha) in the skin.<br />

Tiefengewebs-Massage, gepaart mit schmerztherapeutischen Techniken wie Schröpfen und Gua Sha.<br />
Gua Sha wird in der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin verwendet und besteht aus wiederholtem Schaben auf eingeölter Haut mit einer abgerundeten Kante. Üblicherweise wird ein chinesischer Porzellansuppenlöffel, eine abgenutzte Münze, abgerundete Tierhörner oder Jade verwendet. Die abgerundete Kante wird auf die eingeölte Haut gedrückt und entlang der Muskeln oder der Meridiane bewegt. Dieses Verfahren verursacht eine verstärkte Durchblutung (Sha) in der Haut.<br />
