만약 다른 제품들을 병행하기 부담된다 하는 분들은
미녹시딜 한가지만 시작해 보세요!
If you don’t want to use multiple products, start with Minoxidil on its own.
(두피영양제나 엘크라넬만 단독으로 사용하면 발모효과 보기 어려워요ㅜㅜ)
You won’t see much difference if you only use a scalp treatment product or Ell Cranell.

-‘프로페시아’는 남자에게 주로 처방되지만. 더이상 임신에 관계 없는 여성분들은 드시기도 해요.
It’s often prescribed for men but some women who won’t get pregnant anymore take it too
프로페시아는 직접적인 발모 라기보다, 머리가 더 빠지지 않도록 도와주되 효과가 좋은 편이라 해요.
Propecia is more effective in preventing further hair loss rather than growing new hair.
대신, 이미 빠진 머리를 나게하는게 아닌, 탈모 확장을 막는용으로 개발된 만큼.
It’s designed to stop further hair loss instead of bringing lost hairs back.
탈모 증상이 보이면 미리 복용하기 사작할것을 권고한다고 하네요!
So they recommend you to use it as soon as you start losing your hair.

It’s also effective on preventing hair loss rather than restoring hair.
그래서 미녹시딜과 병행하다가 엘크라넬은 중단하는 분들도 많으세요.
People often take it with Minoxidil and stop Ell Cranell after a while.
어차피 미녹시딜은 저녁에 바르고 자기 때문에
You are suppose to put Minoxidil at night
비용과 귀찮음만 괜찮(?)으시다면 아침엔 엘크라넬을 병행하는게 아무래도 시너지는 더 있다고 하구요.
So you will see synergy effect to use Ell Cranell in the morning if you can afford it and remember to use it.
떡짐이 없으니 외출 전 사용은 부담 없으실듯요!

Scalp treatment
-판토가는 하루 3번, 트리코센스는 하루 한번이라
Use Pantogar 3 times a day and Trichosense once a day
개인적으로 편한건 트리코센스에요.
So I think Trichosense is easier.
대신 내게 필요한 성분으로 선택하는게 더 중요하니 꼭 성분 보고 선택하시구요!
But it’s important to use the ingredient you need so check the ingredients first!
공복에 먹어도 되는 약인데 혹시나 체질이나 위 상태에 따라 다를 수 있으니
They can be taken on empty stomach but it’s depends on your stomach condition
공복 섭취 시 속이 불편하면 식후로 복용하세요, 효과면에선 차이 없어요!
If it bothers you, take it after a meal. It’s still effective!

Scalp clinic
-과정을 보여드리고팠는데, 촬영협조가 여러운 관계로 여기 자세히 쓸게용~
I wanted to show you how they do it but I couldn’t film there so I’ll just explain it here
순서는 자기장 케어-두피 주사-재생라이트(빨간불빛) 순서에요.
The routine is magnetic field care - scalp injection - restore laser (red light)
(자기장 관리때는 핸드폰도 못만짐;ㅋ)
You can’t even touch your phone during the magnetic field care.
총 40분 정도 걸리구요, 주 1회가 좋다해요.
It takes about 40 minutes. Once a week is ideal.
두피에 직접적인 약물이 들어가는거라 아무래더 효과가 빠르긴 한데
You will see the result fast as it’s directly injected to your scalp.
개인적으론 알려드린 홈케어를 병행해야 큰 효과를 볼거라 생각해요!
But I think you will see more dramatic effect by doing the home care too!
어떤 방식이든 무리하지 않는 선에서 꾸준히 해주는게 중요해요^^ㅎㅎ
