"저보다 2년 위에 있는 나이 많은 부하직원이 있는데, 고집도 세고 일을 안 받아들여서 제가 보직이동을 시키려고 상부에 건의를 했습니다. 그런데 보직이동을 끝까지 거절하겠답니다. 전체 팀을 위해서는 그 사람을 이동시켜야 되고, 인간적으로 봐서는 계속 데리고 있어야 되는데, 어떻게 하면 좋을까요?" <br />

We don't become free by changing what is out there. Real freedom and enlightenment is having the ability to cope with whatever is out there. <br />
